Technical Design Services:
Specification Submittals
- Manufacturer's technical data, details and specifications, includes two or three product references.
- Drawings showing item type, location, utility requirements, and size in proper relations to physical space in structure
- Manufacturer's standard data sheets showing required accessories, utility requirements and other pertinent installation data.
- Side by Side, item by item comparisons of all characteristics and locations within the building of the specified product and the proposed product.
- Seismic anchoring device requirements, coordination with structural engineers for load calculations, OSHPD submittal tracking.
Delivery and Installation Services:
Product Data
- Organize and submit operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals for each piece of equipment, system and material.
- Furnish samples to illustrate functional and aesthetic characteristics of the products.
- Shop drawings showing arrangement and location of equipment items, indicating relation to adjoining work.
- Miscellaneous supports, required seismic supports and backing to complete installation
- Compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Full coordination with mechanical, electrical, drywall, and building management
- Verifies all field dimensions, conditions are satisfactory (available power, conduit, electrical boxes and junction boxes) for equipment installation and (makes required adjustments)
- Install equipment per manufacturer's instructions, adjust for proper operation, clean installed equipment, protect from damage.
- Provides instruction of building owner personnel with qualified manufacturers representation, training manuals and texts necessary to train staff to operate and maintain equipment
